Refund Policy

Overview

At Plumeo Research, we are committed to delivering research-grade peptides of the highest purity and quality. Due to the nature of our products โ€” which are temperature-sensitive, perishable, and intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research โ€” our refund and return policy is limited. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Because our products are research chemicals intended for scientific use, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy exists to maintain the integrity, purity, and chain of custody of our compounds.

Eligible Refund & Replacement Situations

We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Compromised Products If your order arrives visibly damaged, broken, or compromised during transit, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@plumeoresearch.com
  • Provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the damage
  • Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved

2. Incorrect Item Received If we shipped the wrong compound, concentration, or quantity, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no charge or issue a full refund at your preference.

3. Lost in Transit If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days after dispatch), we will reship your order or issue a store credit. Note: Plumeo Research is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Orders where an incorrect shipping address was entered
  • Packages seized or delayed by customs or law enforcement
  • Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or weather events

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. To request a cancellation, email support@plumeoresearch.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Discretion & Compliance Notice

By purchasing from Plumeo Research, you acknowledge that all products are sold strictly for in-vitro research purposes and are not for human or animal consumption. Refund claims related to misuse of products will not be honored. Plumeo Research reserves the right to refuse any refund request that suggests products were used outside their intended research purpose.
